I really appreciated the helpful staff who made our stay so easy and enjoyable. It was just a short walk to delightful spots like the Lafayette Fountain and LaGrange Art Museum, which offered beautiful views and interesting exhibits.

I had a wonderful time during my stay where I enjoyed a clean room with a super comfy bed and a well-stocked bathroom. The indoor pool was perfect for unwinding after a long day, and I also loved the breakfast spread each morning. My only issue was a slight wait at check-in but it didn’t dampen my overall experience. 😊

While the room was spacious and the staff exceptionally friendly, cleanliness was a major concern, with reports of grimy conditions and unprepared rooms. Although breakfast options were plentiful, the experience was overshadowed by the lack of cleanliness and unprofessional service from the team. If they can improve their housekeeping, this could be a great place to stay.

I had a nice time here! The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was a highlight, thanks to Rose, who really brightened my mornings. The indoor pool looked good, too. The bathroom was kind of outdated, though, which took away some of the charm. Overall, clean and cozy spot.

Ideal for Families, but pricey

The staff was cute. Asking about the kids and providing great tips for local spots. The breakfast spread was excellent too, with those cinnamon rolls that are just warmed to perfection.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but given the quality of service, I felt it was still acceptable.

Nia and Lisa at the front desk were really engaging. The room was clean and well-lit. The bathroom stocked with hand soap and body wash. The bed super comfortable. Breakfast well put together, including the manager's reception which was a nice touch. I wish the pillows matched the bed's comfort, though. Overall, my stay was enjoyable.

The local dining scene was a treat! I loved hitting up Keum Soo Kang San for some fire Korean dishes and Banzai for a fun hibachi experience. Plus, the hotel was super clean and the staff were always on it, ready to help with a smile.

The Queen Room was decent but nothing too special. Beds were comfy enough for a good night's sleep. The decor was pretty standard, nothing fancy. The room was clean, which was a big plus. The bathroom was nice but could’ve used a bit more attention. Overall, it served its purpose for my stay. The location was super convenient to family. Can't complain too much about that!
